Jazz smiled at the two as she put down her cigarette.

Is that so? Well, unfortunately, one half of who you seek happens to be absent for the time being. I expect him to be here soon enough however. I'm sure the two of you wish to train together with them. So you will have to wait.

Jazz lounged casually on her sofa. While she wasn't smoking, her cigarette was actually starting to cloud up the room.

Jazz smiled at him. and picked up her cigarette and held it out to him.

I thought you didn't smoke? Or are you trying to be like me now. Children can be so impressionable. I forget.

Jazz loved to tease him for being small. And use his staff as a cigarette holder. It would turn to normal if he broke the enchantment she made very complicated, so she could use it more often.

Jazz rolled her eyes. Him acting like a kid annoyed her more than almost anything. The thing she hated most was no-smoking areas.

Ugh... fine. I can't say no to that face.

Jazz decided to blow several times more smoke into the air, which shouldn't be possible since she didn't change how much she was smoking.

Jazz sensed something off suddenly. She instantly blew all of the smoke out of the building.

~Jazz~
Ghaleon... are you okay dear?

Jazz sensed something seriously different about him. She almost didn't recognize him.

Jazz checked him for a fever and any other illness she could think of.

~Jazz~
You've been trying alchemy against haven't you? Potions are just not your thing dear. Enchanting is one thing, mixing chemicals are way outside of your sport.

Jazz sighed and started smoking again, this time she was releasing a healing smoke to try and gradually remove any toxins from his body.

Asteria suddenly emerged into his view from outside the window. She was hanging upside-down and waved at him.

Asteria- Hey There!!!

She climbed in as is she wasn't upside-down and even proceeded to stand up on the ceiling.

Asteria- I was informed that this might happen. I can't tell you much. But I can say that the girl Jazz isn't the Jazz you know..... I guess that is saying much Innit?

Asteria proceeded to explain the situation to him, as Eclipse told her of what could and did happen.

Asteria squinted in partial disagreement.

Asteria- I wouldn't go as far as to say it sucks. It just lacks any form of formal direction, so it's bound to be all over the place. That's part of why I am here. While I may not look the part, I am an elf like you and your family.

She smiled.

Asteria- I want to introduce you all to elven culture. It's actually somewhat forbidden for me to be out here like this. But I saw an opening and I had to take it. First, I want to invite both you and Jazz to my home. I would like you to ask her to visit, if you yourself are interested that is. Gotta run, my window is rapidly closing. I hope to see you there.

Asteria faded out, her timer expired and she was returned home.

Jazz pushed the door open while she stood outside the room, leaning on the wall next to the doorway.

Quite the pickle we... or rather I find myself in. To abruptly lose the bond I shred with the man I love, is very disheartening. While the bond is severed, the man lives as a boy for now.  Perhaps fate will bring us together again, someday. Look for me in a decade or so, unless fate keeps us apart, then I will understand completely.

Jazz walked over to him and kissed his forehead, and handed him the "cigarette holder". Once he took it from her hand, she was gone.
