Luce was busy from early in the morning, getting everything ready for the first full family gathering they'd had in a long time. A long table sat in the middle of Victors office, with rows of comfortable chairs on both sides. A round table sat in the corner filled with snacks and drinks. At each seat was a folder filled with info on the current state of affairs of both the family an company. He knew only a handful of people would actually read it.

I've heard of her, but we haven't run across each other yet. From what i've heard, our battle styles are very similar. Training with her would defiantly be beneficial, but...

There are some rumors concerning this lady that I really don't care for. But...if it'll allow me to be a better partner for you, i'll put my reservations aside.

Lan: The strange girl offered to train me. Other than that, it's been like a what hasn't Lan done kinda day so excuse me if I kind of tuned a lot of stuff out. I do have a plan of what i'm going to do though. I'm gonna find the school's self-defense instructor and see if I can learn from him, whoever he is. And i'm gonna check into this voice in my head that keeps saying "open the door and close your eyes", Must be some kind of riddle I think. That or Annabelle is playing pranks again.

Lan decided to just write it off as a prank by Annabelle, and for some reason, Amora was giving him a stare while holding a box of cereal.

Shandelle: I assume the poorly drawn smiley faces must be the partners you want. So basically.... I see. It's going to depend heavily on the artificial soul project. How many have been produced so far?

She began drawing a better picture on the idea.

Shandelle: And how long does it take to make one?

She began writing down specifics on what they did on a separate sheet of paper.

Luce immediately tracked Lan's GPS signal. He had it for a few moments before the signal completely died.

Hmph. Looks like our kidnapper has a brain. I'm sending everyone his last recorded position. Those of you that can travel fast, get there ASAP an start hunting.

It was a shame he couldn't go. There was no network access anywhere in the area.

She started her cast for teleportation.

Shandelle: I can bring us to where the baffling sister appeared. Though i'm not sure when it was that she actually left. Someone will have to inform me of her talents when i return.

She cast the spell, transporting herself and Dario to the scene.

Reanne reached into her bag and took out her wand. She had kept her skills secret because of Cara's magic hatred, but now things seemed to be alright. She used her wand to take on witch mode. She made her broom appear next.

"I'll follow you David."

Reanne floated on her broom out the window.
