Lan saw her an immediately tried crawling away. But the moment he moved, all the pain hit him at once. He as bleeding out and felt weak along with being injured.

Lan: You! You took my wand, and you had your goons shoot me. But why? It wasn't like I beat you up at school and made a fool of you at every turn. Why seek revenge on someone who hadn't even hurt you!?

Lan's yelling made him cough up blood.

Lan started feeling loopy about half way into her laughing.

Lan: Ya know, I would, but i'm pretty sure i'm dying right now. Ya know, with the gunshot wound and all that. But i'm fine with it. Can't be the family disappointment if i'm dead. You know, it may be the blood loss talking, but your laugh is kinda cute. Well. I'm gonna get some rest now, so if or when I get up, i'll talk some more.

Lan closed his eyes.

Frangipani materialized in the coordinates given. She was standing in a pile of unrecognizable human paste.

It looks like whoever took him, made a mess of him. Let's see if I can put the poor boy back together.

She pulled in all deceased human matter in the area into one pile, but what she ended up with is a giant corpse chimera that began wrecking the city. It even sprouted wings and began flying around, spitting bio-matter all over the place.

Papillion arrived and observed from a distance at first.

Papillion: First the mass of hatred devoured a country. Then the gate guarding hell hound ravages avalon. And now the ancient fiend Cuchulainn awakens among a mass of corpses. This feel like a recipe for the end times.

She dashed into action finally and started by cracking it's forehead with a savage strike. It crushed so easily yet it just reformed into a mushy hide. With a large newly formed tentacle, it slammed Papillion into the ground under several tons of weight with several times more force. Papillion chopped the tentacle with a swing of her hand.

Papillion: Damn, If i fight it here, the cost will outweigh the benefit. I have to lure it out somehow.

She rolled out of the way of a second tentacle aiming to crush her.

Adagio found a good spot

Adagio started humming a tune. It allowed her to sync her energy with Myla and helped Myla focus. She wanted Myla to unleash her strongest attack to date.

Myla transformer her arms into much smaller versions of her mega beam cannons. Yet they were much stronger.

I can finally debut the Giga Beam. Every bastard who wants to live, you better move now. 5..4..3..2..1.. Die Bastard!

Myla fired off a two thin beams of energy at the monster that went right through it. After two seconds, the two beams quickly grew into one massive beam that was way bigger than the monster. It took out everything within sight in a straight line in front of her. Her body immediately went into cooldown afterwards, making her unable to act outside of talking.

ATJ tossed a tranquilizer bomb that blew up at the feet of Adagio.

ATJ- If you're going to play hero. Then at least save someone! You have any idea the damage you just caused to the lives of the less fortunate!?!

Had half a mind to teach them a lesson. The other half wanted to avenge the "innocent" people.

Adagio ignored it at first since she was largely immune to stuff like that. She found though that this was different. There were holy elements to this bomb. It actually started weakening her and allowing the tranquilizers to tack effect. She staggered as she struggled to stay awake.

Adagio darted at her and grazed her arm with a strike with her claws. She was so out of it, she failed to land a good hit at all. Usually she would have ripped out her heart by now. Moving actually made the effects stronger. She had to act quickly t end this.

ATJ smirked and nailed Adagio with a rock she had hovering over head. Adagio was too out of it to even notice it was there.

ATJ- Can't rely on your natural talents like a toxin immunity anymore. With the abrupt uptick of previously unstoppable beings. People had to adapt.And with that, all kinds of new products are available. Such as, a tranquilizer bomb that works on monsters like yourself. You said something about me being a damned fool didn't you

ATJ approached Myla and Adagio now that they appeared to be down and out. While the land was lawless. Her morals were all the laws she needed. And she planned to bring them in to Maximus.

Licorice pat ATJ on the top of her head.

Lico: Nice job handling those show offs. Saved me a lot of trouble.... Oh wait, they're on my team. Sorry about that. So, then... this is happening.

Licorice cut off the arm of ATJ and caught it with her free hand.

Lico: Dismemberment was probably a bit over the top. Oh well, what's done is done.

She tossed the arm behind her while ATJ buckled to the ground, screaming in pain.

Hide caught the arm as it was tossed right at her.

"Way too much. You completely overdid it. I am sorry child. Allow me to fix you up as an apology. Though I should let you know now that, well, we're in a public setting, and my associates are present and watching. So I can't be caught using a holy spell on you. So i'll have to heal you with a dark one. Again, sorry dear."

Hide returned her arm and bound it back in place using dark mending, which was much more painful than how it felt when she lost the arm.
